In a world full of peril and possibility we follow Jesus not only as the unique fulfillment of God’s ancient promises but as the great wisdom teacher leading our souls into deeper connection with the Creator and a deeper understanding of the complexities of this life. We seek to grow in the wisdom and consciousness of Christ so that we are not swept away by the swiftly changing seas of reactive culture and can find ballast for the long journey of a growing faith and a flourishing life.

We prioritize contemplative practice and a contemplative way of life as the core of our connection. We do not invite people to add to their already-busy lives by joining a lot of new church programs: we are forming a community that can support our spiritual practice and growth. As our practices deepen, we find greater peace, creativity, generosity and connection to all beings.

We live, work, raise families and build relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area - which is a stunningly beautiful, creative and challenging place to live. We seek long-term connection with this remarkable region not to extract value for ourselves but to serve and contribute to the physical, spiritual and creative welfare of this dynamic community. We believe that contemplative community can help San Francisco flourish and continue to be a blessing to the world.
